Three Towns Explored is also a local history book publisher specialising in releasing new editions of old out-of-print books that have fallen into the public domain. In 2023 we republished Rev. A. M. Moodie’s “Stevenston: Past and Present” from 1902, and in 2024 we released a new edition of P. Charles Carragher’s “Saltcoats: Old and New”. 2025 will see the re-release of “Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Neighbourhood” by Arthur Guthrie.
